REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing our service. We aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send Paddle your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.

Alternatively you can cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please do so by contacting Paddle here. Please note that in respect of subscription services your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND

You are entitled to cancel your service and obtain a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase date without giving any reason.

REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund, please contact customer service at contact@sharpagents.ai to state your desire to cancel your service. Please provide your account details and a copy of your digital receipt as proof of purchase.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will handle it promptly. We will send you an email to confirm that your cancellation has been processed. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund.

Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your cancellation request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund if the service was fully performed during the 14-day cancellation period with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you would lose your right of cancellation upon the completion of the contract. This is applicable if our service begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of cancellation.
